DIY Detailing & Chemical Product Safety Precaution
Before applying any detailing chemical, wax, shampoo, or polish to your car or bike, always perform a small surface compatibility test on an inconspicuous area and follow the manufacturer label instructions. MotoBandhu is committed to providing safe, practical DIY tools.
1. About MotoBandhu
MotoBandhu is an online platform offering automobile accessories, car and bike care products, DIY detailing products and related automotive products. The business is founded by Sushil Nawadkar and Sagar Chavan, Satara, Maharashtra.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not: Use the website for fraudulent activities; Attempt to gain unauthorised access; Interfere with website security; Copy or reproduce website content without permission; Use the website to distribute malicious software; or Misuse customer or company information.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However: Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device; Product packaging may change from time to time; Specifications may be updated by manufacturers; and Minor differences between product images and delivered products may occur.
4. Prices
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Where applicable, taxes and other charges will be displayed at checkout. MotoBandhu reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an order has been placed due to an obvious pricing or listing error, MotoBandhu may contact the customer regarding the order.
5. Orders
Placing an order on the website does not automatically guarantee acceptance. MotoBandhu reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including: Product unavailability, Pricing or listing errors, Suspected fraudulent transactions, Incorrect customer information, Delivery limitations, or Technical errors. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the relevant payment method/provider.
6. Payment
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Customers agree to provide accurate information required to complete the transaction. MotoBandhu is not responsible for failures caused by a third-party payment provider, bank or payment network.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics partner, product availability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. MotoBandhu will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timelines.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns, refunds and replacements will be governed by MotoBandhu’s applicable Return & Refund Policy. Customers should inspect products after delivery and contact us within the specified period if the product is damaged, incorrect or defective.
9. Product Usage & DIY Detailing Precautions
Customers are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer’s instructions before using any product. For automotive detailing and chemical products: Follow the instructions on the product label; Perform a compatibility/patch test where recommended on a small inconspicuous area; Use appropriate protective equipment where required; Do not use a product for purposes other than its intended use; and Keep products away from children and pets where applicable. MotoBandhu is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions or use outside the manufacturer’s recommended conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including: Logo, Brand name, Product descriptions, Photographs, Graphics, Videos, Text, and Website design may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission from MotoBandhu or the relevant rights holder.

MotoBandhu shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over matters relating to these Terms.
